The Morning Boost – Extremely Delicious Green Smoothie Perfect For Any Fitness Diet

When I discovered that breakfast could be replaced with a green smoothie that would be tasty and keep me full until noon, it was hard not to see its benefits in my daily life.

Indeed, for those who have not tried it yet, the green color in smoothie is not at all appetizing at first. I know skepticism, but you will get used quickly and you’ll find it delicious, you will see.

A smoothie means experiments and creativity and I encourage you to try your own recipe. If you need inspiration, here is my extremely delicious proposal:

Ingredients (for 2 servings):

– 2 handfuls of spinach
– 2 cups of coconut milk
– 1 small piece of cucumber
– 1 small piece of lemon/ lime
– 1 slice of pineapple
– 1 banana
– half a teaspoon of raspberry ginger

Boost (optional):

– chia seeds
– coconut oil
– almond butter
– hemp seeds
– turmeric

Instructions:

First, add the green leaves and the liquid in the blender and mix.
Then add the fruit and mix again.
