Banana-carrot smoothie

Ingredients:

– 3/4 cups soy milk
– 1 banana
– 1 carrot
– 2 medjool dates
– 30 grams of vanilla protein powder

– 1/4 teaspoon of ginger
– 1 teaspoon of macaque powder
– 2 ice cubes

Preparation:

Put all ingredients in a blender and mix for 1-2 minutes. If the smoothie is too thick, add some cold water. You can serve it with raw cocoa flakes.

Ingredients for 4 servings:

– 2 bananas
– 1 cup of milk
